Eligibility for Refunds:
• Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
• To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused, and unopened condition within 7 days of receipt. This ensures we can verify the issue and maintain quality standards.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
• Products that have melted during transit will not qualify for a refund, as melting does not affect their quality or usability. To reduce the risk of melting, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order upon delivery.
Melting Disclaimer:
• Whipped body butters and sugar scrubs may melt during shipping in warm weather. While their texture may change, this does not compromise their quality or effectiveness. Simply refrigerate the product to restore firmness.
• Scrub bars are more prone to damage if they melt and cannot be restored to their original form. If your scrub bar arrives melted, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item.
Refund Process:
• Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets refund criteria.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please email us at mycharibee@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
1. Your order number.
2. Photos of the item and any damage.
3. A detailed description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
